Aqua (Purified Water) - Carrier, it is primarily used as a solvent in cosmetics and personal care products to help dissolve ingredients in preparations. It also forms emulsions in which the oil and water components of the product are combined to form creams and lotions. Lastly, it helps to hydrate skin.

 Glycerin (Kosher, Vegetable) -Humectant that attracts water to the skin.  Used as an emollient & binder.

Dimethicone - It prevents water loss by forming a protective barrier on the skin, and fills in fine lines and wrinkles on the face, giving it a +plump- look.  It creates a subtle gloss that feels smooth and silky to the touch.    

Polysorbate 20 -is used in cosmetics and skincare as a surfactant, emulsifier, and fragrance ingredient.  It can serve as a dispersing agent and mix oil and water, act as a lubricator, and have a soothing effect on the skin (less than 1% is used).

Sodium PCA - A naturally occurring humectant found in human skin that is a derivative of the amino acid: proline   It is hygroscopic, with the ability to absorb moisture from the air while binding moisture to cells, and holds several times its weight in water.  This effective humectant aids in retaining moisture on the skin without the addition of extra oils.  PCA means pyrrolidone carbonic acid,  PCA also contains antioxidants that can fight free radicals, which cause skin aging.   It is a humectant that increases skin’s firmness.

Caprylyl Glycol-. It is classified as medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) with potent antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties.   A humectant that absorbs water from the air or underlying layers of the skin and draws those molecules toward the surface of the skin, it allows the skin to retain moisture and may also help other topical skincare ingredients to perform better.   It prevents dry skin but also delays signs of aging by keeping the skin hydrated; humectant moisturizers will help to attract moisture to the sin, resulting in smoother, softer skin with decreased wrinkles and a more plump appearance.

  Lonicera Caprifolium (Honeysuckle)Flower Extract-* A flower extract and skin conditioner that is known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties.  A natural preservative alternative to parabens 

Lonicera Japonica Extract (Japanese Honeysuckle)*- It has been found to provide, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, detoxifying and antioxidant properties.  It also aids in protecting the skin from free radical damage and infections.

Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) - Scientific studies show it has antioxidant healing properties that also protects the skin from environmental stress caused by UV rays.
