ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Titanium Dioxide - One of the purest and most effective ingredients for sun protection. It protects the skin from UVA and UVB radiation and has no risk of skin sensitivity. It allows the skin to breathe, directly affecting the control of acne, rosacea, or blemishes.

Syn®-Coll (Palmitoyl tri-peptide 5) - It's a tripeptide (multiple organic bound amino acids), which stimulates collagen synthesis to provide support and structure to the skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles as it helps to improve the underlying skin structure.

INGREDIENTS AND BENEFITS

Aqua (Purified Water) - a carrier primarily used as a solvent in cosmetics and personal care products to help dissolve ingredients in preparations. It also forms emulsions in which the oil and water components of the product are combined to create creams and lotions. Lastly, it helps to hydrate skin.

Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe) Extract*- This plant extract is known for its ability to soften, heal, firm, and nourish while naturally soothing the skin and tissues with vitamins E and C. It is calming and restorative, with antibacterial, antifungal, anti-irritant, and anti-inflammatory properties. It offers skin-penetrating hydration.

Glycerin (Kosher, Vegetable) - a humectant that attracts water to the skin. It is also used as an emollient and binder. Glycerin is a naturally derived sugar alcohol. It is part of the skin's natural moisturizing factor (NMF) and a skin protectant.

Coco-Caprylate (Coconut ester) - a safe, nontoxic ingredient used as an excellent natural-based emollient that provides smoothness to the skin. It is fast-spreading, non-oily, can penetrate and help repair the skin, and is a natural alternative to light silicones and mineral oils. It is ECOCERT-approved.                                                                                              Kaolin(French clay) - derived from the mineral kaolinite. It draws out impurities and toxins that cause clogged pores, clearing the skin of excess oil, dirt, and pollutants while balancing oil production. Thus, makeup can stay on longer and be water—and transfer-resistant. It hides imperfections and fine lines and will also tone and tighten the skin with long-term use. 

Coco Glucosides/Coconut Alcohol-,l is a mixture of fatty alcohols derived from Coconut Acid which are non-irritating and can be exceptionally beneficial for the skin.   A good type of fat, a good ingredient for dry skin, and in small amounts fine for any skin type as they give pleasing texture and help keep ingredients stable in products. They even moisturize the skin because of their natural fatty acid content.

Cetearyl Esters - fatty alcohols derived from vegetables. They are non-irritating and can be exceptionally beneficial for the skin. They are used as a stabilizer and to help enhance the absorption of ingredients to work more efficiently.

Cetyl Alcohol NF - a 95% pure and natural fatty alcohol from Coconut Oil. Fatty alcohols are non-irritating and can be exceptionally beneficial for the skin. It is used for its emollients and co-emulsifiers, which increase the viscosity or thickness of the lotion.

Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot Kernel) oil - pressed from the kernels of the apricot. It contains natural antioxidants, including vitamins A, E, and C, which reduce free radical damage to the skin and regenerate skin cells. It also contains anti-inflammatory phytosterols, encouraging new collagen production to help reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) oil - extracted from the sunflower seed. It is rich in Oleic acids and contains a high content of vitamins A, C, and E. This nourishing and conditioning oil helps repair the skin's barrier and reduce inflammation by helping to slow the loss of water while forming a protective layer on the skin. It enhances the appearance of dry or damaged skin by reducing flaking and restoring suppleness.

Sodium PCA - a naturally occurring humectant derived from the amino acid proline, which is found in the skin. It is hygroscopic, able to absorb moisture from the air while binding moisture to cells and holding several times its weight in water. Sodium PCA increases the skin's firmness. A high-performance humectant is recommended for delicate and sensitive skin.

Magnesium Aluminum Silicate - a naturally occurring mineral derived from refined and purified clay, and it is used primarily as a thickener.  

Zea Mays (Corn) Starch -   It provides a unique powdery-dry, smooth skin after-feel, helps to control immediate and residual shine and oiliness, and reduces perceivable tackiness/​stickiness. Since starch "rolls" float over the skin, there is a better skin smoothness with Zea mays over talc. It offers improved oil and moisture absorbency compared to talc in skin lotion formulations (below 3%). In addition, it helps to exfoliate dead skin cells gently and toxins from the skin.

Lauryl Laurate- A plant-based, low-molecular-weight emollient slip agent that can help bioactive ingredients better integrate with the skin's surface and is considered safe.

Caprylyl Glycol - classified as medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) with potent antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. A humectant that absorbs water from the air or underlying layers of the skin and draws those molecules toward the surface allows the skin to retain moisture and may also help other topical skincare ingredients perform better. It prevents dry skin but also delays signs of aging by keeping the skin hydrated; humectant moisturizers will help to attract moisture to the skin, resulting in smoother, softer skin with decreased wrinkles and a more plump appearance.
Lonicera Caprifolium (Honeysuckle) Flower Extract* - This flower extract and skin conditioner are known for their anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. A natural preservative alternative to parabens.

Lonicera Japonica Extract (Japanese Honeysuckle)*- known to provide anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, detoxifying, and antioxidant properties. It also aids in protecting the skin from free radical damage and infections.

Shea Butter Glycerides - the highest and purest quality and grow from trees in Western Africa. They moisturize and protect the skin. It fights wrinkles because it's rich in vitamins A and E. They penetrate deep into the skin to help restore elasticity, moisturize, and protect it without leaving a greasy residue.

Ascorbyl Palmitate (Vitamin C) - Scientific studies show it is an antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals and repairs damaged skin. It provides anti-aging, moisturizing anti-inflammatory, SPF protection, and moisturizing properties. It is a derivative that is non-irritating and more stable.

Crithmum maritimum Extract - (SEA FENNEL EXTRACT) Retinol (plant-based)- It is rich in polyphenols. It fights aging and enables the epidermis to regain its youth and vitality. It is a natural marine extract nicknamed the 'Retinol of the Sea' for its ability to help firm the skin and reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles. Skin care experts recommend retinol for the skin because it aids skin cell turnover and boosts collagen production.

Disodium EDTA- Helps the topical penetration of active ingredients in skincare. It prevents a change in color and consistency over time. It also helps to maintain clarity, protect fragrance compounds, and avoid rancidity. A preservative, stabilizer, and purifying agent *We use less than 1%

Iron Oxides (CI 77491/CI 77492/CI 77499) - combined with natural oxygen, iron is used as a colorant. Nontoxic, natural pigments mined from the earth come in various shades and add color to cosmetics while giving formulas UVA and UVB protection.

Chromium Oxide Greens (CI 77288)- Synthesized from mineral sources - used as a colorant.

Ultramarines (CI 77007) - This pigment is derived from lapis lazuli, a rare, naturally occurring mineral known as a healing stone in some parts of the world. It is known to be safe since it does not have much heavy metal content and is non-toxic.
