Cymbopogon martini (Palmarosa Oil) - Studies show this essential oil stimulates cell regeneration, has hydrating, soothing properties, and assists in preventing inflammation and dehydration.  It also balances the sebum oil production of your skin. It is traditionally used to help alleviate eczema, psoriasis, acne breakouts, and other skin issues due to its antibacterial and antifungal properties.  

Cocos Nucifera (Virgin Coconut Oil)*- Extracted from the fresh fruit of the coconut palm, virgin and organic coconut oils are a world apart from the chemically refined, bleached, and deodorized conventional type.  Research shows it can improve skin elasticity and has natural moisturizing properties that eliminate flaking skin, helping prevent premature aging and wrinkle formation.  It boosts the production of collagen and encourages the regeneration of cells in your skin.  It effectively firms the skin.   It contains antimicrobial lipids that have antiseptic properties and sanitize skin without stripping it.  High in protective antioxidants and antibacterial fatty acids.  It is also a natural UV protectant.     

Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil* - A nonfragrant plant oil.  It moisturizes the skin without causing an oily sheen and is beneficial for dry, oily, and sensitive complexions.  It has essential fatty acids that help maintain the skin barrier and decrease transepidermal water loss by helping retain moisture.  It has potent antioxidant properties of Vitamin E, A, C, and D.  Sunflower seed oil will help repair the skin's barrier and reduce inflammation. Its potent linoleic acid content can help replenish and strengthen the skin.

 Ozokerite - a naturally occurring mineral wax used for its emulsifying and emollient properties, emulsion stabilizer, viscosity-increasing agent, and binder. It helps keep emulsions from separating into their oil and liquid components.

Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba Wax)* - A hard plant obtained from the palm tree leaves of Brazil. It also provides firmness and emollience to the skin.  A natural emollient and moisturizer that also has excellent skin protective properties. It is also used as a binder to compress products. 

Steric Acid (Vegetable) - This is vegetable-based stearic acid.  We use a fatty acid naturally derived from shea butter as an emulsifier and emollient. It has been shown to protect the skin's surface against water loss while forming a breathable protective barrier.  It helps remove dirt, bacteria, and other substances from the skin's surface.  Used in this natural skincare makeup in place of chemical ingredients.  It softens and smooths the skin's surface while strengthening the skin barrier and decreasing the signs of aging. It is also beneficial for sensitive skin.

Iron Oxides (CI 77491/CI 77492/CI 77499) - combined with natural oxygen, iron is used as a colorant.  Non-toxic, natural pigments mined from the earth come in various shades and add color to cosmetics while giving formulas UVA and UVB protection.

Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891) - Opacifier. It is one of the purest and most effective ingredients for sun protection.  It protects the skin from UVA and UVB radiation and is considered to have no risk of skin sensitivity.  It allows the skin to breathe, directly affecting the control of acne, rosacea, or blemishes.

Mica (CI 77091 )-Non-nanoparticles - A mineral that gives a light-diffusing luminescence that imparts slip and a silky texture,  providing the skin a smooth and more natural look & feel.

Ultramarines (CI 77007) -  They are derived from lapis lazuli, a rare, naturally occurring mineral known as a healing stone in some parts of the world. This pigment is safe since it does not have much heavy metal content and is non-toxic—a naturally occurring mineral used as a colorant.
